How does the price change affect my membership if it is frozen?

If you have a membership that is frozen, the following applies:

- If your membership is thawed no later than 31/1 -2024, you will retain your old price until and including 31/1 -2024.
- If your membership is thawed from 1/2 -2024, the new price will come into effect as soon as the membership is active again.
- If you cancel your membership no later than 31/1 -2024, the old price also applies during the cancellation period.
- If you cancel your membership from 1/2 -2024, the new price applies during the cancellation period.
