I cannot open the entrance doors, what do I do?

If the card reader shows red upon entry or if your fingerprint does not work, please first check that the doors are fully closed and that you have followed the instructions found through the first door by the fingerprint reader.

If it still does not work, please visit the gym during the reception hours so that our staff can investigate what the problem may be.
