How can I thaw my frozen membership?

To thaw a frozen subscription, you'll need to visit one of our gyms during staffed hours. Once there, our staff will be happy to help you.

Please note that if you don't have enough days saved, you might have to make a direct payment at the gym for the remaining days of the month and possibly next month as well, depending on what date of the month it is when thawing your membership.
