Can I be logged into the app on 2 different smartphones?

You can only be logged in with the same account on 1 device at a time.

Should you need to log in on a new phone if you have, for example, lost the phone, or if it has broken, etc. So you can log in to a new device, once every 6 months.

If you need to log in more than once in 6 months, you need to contact the staff at the gym or our customer service at info@f24s.com so that you can get help with this.
