Logging in the app, wrong e-mail address.

Hello, so i am a member for about two years but never used the app. I recently tried to log in and it doesn’t work(password recovery either). Would like to know what is the procedure in this case? Thanks in advance!

    If you get a message saying that your e-mail address is wrong when you try to make a password reset, you may have the wrong address registered in our system. This can be changed either directly at one of our gyms during the reception hours or via email to customer service at info@f24s.com
