Can I freeze / pause my subscription? And how does it work?

A freeze or pause can be set up at any of our gyms during the reception hours.

We currently have two options for freezing.

  • Up to 12 months for a one-time cost of 199 SEK.
  • Up to 3 months for a one-time cost of 79 SEK (can be done a maximum of once a year).
A freeze can thus run for a maximum of 12 months at a time. After the end of the freeze, the membership is automatically reactivated.

In case of illness/injury or pregnancy, you can set up a freeze free of charge if you present a certificate, this then needs to come in at the same time as you contact us so that we can freeze the membership from the same day.

We do not freeze memberships retroactively, but we set it up from the day you contact us.

If the freeze is set up exactly at the turn of the month or after the debit for the next month has already been created, the debiting will still be carried out and the month paid for will be saved as a credit in the form of saved days after the end of the freezing. These days are automatically added to the membership.

At present, it is possible to freeze remotely via our central customer service. If we do it remotely, the freezing fee will be charged via direct debit at the end of the month (just like the monthly fee). To do this via direct debit, we need a written confirmation that it is ok for debit to be made via direct debit.

Note that if the freeze applies to several people, there is a fee per membership/member and we need a confirmation per person.
