As a member with Fitness24Seven you have the option to freeze your membership if you need to take a break for whatever reason. We offer the following options for freezing at the moment:
- Up to 12 months for a one time fee of 199kr.
- Up to 3 months for a one time fee of 79kr.
- Freezing for free because fo illness/injury or pregnancy if you have a certificate that varifies this.
Freezing for a fee:
You can freeze your membership by yourself at My pages. When you do this the freeze will start the same day.
Freezing with a certificate:
Send the basis you have for validating your illness/injury or pregnancy to customer service as info@f24s.com and we will help you!
Please note that if you have an ongoing subscription and you contact customer service to freeze your membership you need to do it with ample time before the next monthly payment if you do not wish to be debited for the coming month. Your freeze needs to be registered about a week before the coming payments in order for you to avoid paying for the upcoming month. If you freeze your membership for a period you have already paid for all of the paid days in that month are saved and deducted from upcoming payments once the membership is active again so you never loose money you have paid.
A freeze can be registered for no longer than 12 months at a time and once the freezing period has passed by the membership will automatically be activated again.
Reactivate a frozen membership earlier than planned
You can reactivate a frozen membership earlier than planned at any time if you would like to do so. You will need to contact customer service in order to do this. Please note that if you do this and you did not have paid days saved (or enough paid days) when you froze your membership you may have to pay the fee remaining for the month when you want to activate your membership. You can do this either immediately through swish, or through your monthly debit as an extra payment.
