There are a variety of different messages that can appear in the app when you scan the the qr-code at the gym that can mean different things. Here they are and the meaning of them:

  • You do not have a current membership: Your membership could have expired or been cancelled. It could also be because you have recently signed up and the app has not yet been updated with your profile. If the later is the case then it should only be 5-10 minutes and then it should work:

        
     
  • Your membership is frozen: You will need to activate your membership earlier if you want to use it and in order to do this you will need to contact customer service at info@f24s.com or through our live chat and you will receive help with this:

          
     
  • You have an unpaid fee: You will need to pay your bill directly to Collectia if it is a membership fee. If it is an insurrance fee you can contact customer service at invoice@f24s.com or in our live chat and you can then pay the fee with Swish:

         
     
  • You have been suspended: You have violated the terms of agreement for memberships with us. Contact customer service at info@f24s.com if you have questions regardning your suspension:
