We debit the monthly subscriptions in advance normally on the 26:th each month, depending on which dates the weekend falls on. We also do three to four attempts to debit the fee on different days and when the month ends the debit attempts stop. If the fee has not been debited by then it is usually either because the monthly debit is not correctly set up or because there was not enough money on the bank account when the debit attempts where made. If the debit attempts have stopped and your money has not been withdrawn you can pay through a company called Collectia the day after the last debit attempt. You can visit their webiste and login immediately with BankID without registration and pay your fee from there. After one week a reminders fee of 60kr is added to your fee. If the fee is still not paid one month after it has passed its due date the fee is turned over to debt collection. All late fees are paid directly through Collectia, regardless of weather or not they have had reminders fees added or been turned over to debt collection or not. Insurance fees that have not been debited is however not paid through Collectia. In order to pay those you will need to contact customer service.
