When you as a member use the app for the first time the app will ask you to verify your identity. This will only happen the first time you use the app and after that the request will not appear again. Since registration of memberships take place online through our website we need a method of ensuring that the people who use our facilities are our members and this is a way for us to do that. This is a security measure taken for your safety as a member.
When you first login to the app a request for you to verify your identity will appear:
You will be given three choices:
1. Verify yourself with BankID:
2. Postpone the verification (can only be done once):
3. You do not have BankID (if you choose this option you will need to upload an image of a valid identification document, a passport for example):
